Eligibility We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• Free from stains, odours, or damage
• With original tags attached
• In original packaging

How to Request a Return Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the item. We will review your request and get back to you within 1–2 business days.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are unable to process refunds for items lost in return transit.

Non-Returnable Items Items that are worn, washed, damaged, missing tags, or returned after 7 days will not be accepted and will be sent back to the buyer.
